Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking of six (6) nights is required.
- Non-guaranteed reservation is held until 1800 hours at Ariva destination time on the date of arrival.
- Guaranteed reservation by credit card or advance deposits will be held until check-out time the next day.
- For any amendments / cancellation for up to 29 days, a 48-hour notification is required prior to actual arrival date to avoid penalty. For no-show, a penalty of full charge on the full duration of stay will be imposed.
- For any amendments / cancellation on 1 month stay & above, a 14-day notification is required prior to actual arrival date to avoid penalty. For no-show, a penalty of full charge on the full duration of stay will be imposed.
- Children 12 years or below sharing the same bed with the parents are eligible to stay for free. Applicable only to registered guests of Ariva. Not applicable for group booking and group negotiated rates.
- Ariva reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
