Cancellation / No Show Policy

1. Non-guaranteed reservation is held until 1600 hours at ARIVA destination time on the date of arrival.
2. Guaranteed reservation by credit card or advance deposits will be held until check out time the next day.
3. To cancel confirmed booking for short stay of up to 14 day, 12 hours notification required prior to arrival.  Non-arrival for confirmed booking will incur a 1 night room charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.  
4. To cancel confirmed booking for stay of 15 days up to 1 month, 7 days notification required prior to arrival. Non-arrival for confirmed booking will incur a 7 night room charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.
5. To cancel confirmed booking for stay of more than 1 month, 14 days notification required prior to arrival.  Non-arrival for confirmed booking will incur a 14 night room charge plus any confirmed airport pick-up charges.
6. Check-in time is 1400 hour and Check-out time is 1200 hour.
7. ARIVA reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Kids Stay Free

1. Kids 12 years or below are eligible to stay free accompanied by a full fare paying adult on a one kid to one adult basis.
2. Applicable only to registered guests of ARIVA.
3. Not applicable for group booking and group negotiated rates.
4. ARIVA reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
